A few weeks ago after 5pm- typically the busiest time on a weekday, mind you- I arrived and proceeded to patiently wait for a red light bed (again- it's after 5- so it's busy as expected). I just wanted to give props to Ivy and Emily M for the ability to maintain professionalism, patience and compassion for a couple of patrons who appeared to be having a bad day prior to their arrival at this location. It is with great sincerity I would like to commend them both for handling the situation beautifully. On another recent occasion, I bore witness to Nicole handling a tough situation with poise, patience sprinkled with perfect service! This is a great location filled with great employees!
