The instructor does a fantastic job of making class fun, while balancing a strict approach to being respectful and brining their best selves each day. We also love the flexibility of classes when we need to do a makeup or can't make our typical day that week. This is a very inclusive dojo that is providing life long lessons for these kids that will serve them well. I also took a women's self defense class myself building confidence and great knowledge.“
