It was a bit intimidating going into a martial arts gym for the first time but everyone was very welcoming, helpful and respectful! I am now hooked and will be coming as much as I can!“

Not only is it a great place for kids to learn martial arts and discipline but it is a great work out and social outlet for adults as well. Have made some lifelong friends here :)“

We have 3 daughters practicing the art now and they can’t wait for each session to come. The environment feels like a family. Skill level is high, expectations are high, but the Kim’s balance it all with tremendous care and patience. This studio enforces what we teach at home: belief, confidence, respect, and grit. Highly recommend, without reservation.“

1411 E Main Ave, Puyallup“Finding the right Taekwondo school has been a long journey for us, and we couldn’t be happier to have discovered Q’s Taekwondo in Puyallup. The level of instruction here is beyond impressive, and having a grandmaster directly involved is something truly special. After spending 20 years living all over the world, including in South Korea, where Taekwondo was born, I’ve seen firsthand how martial arts are taught in many places. Q’s Taekwondo stands out as the best.
The school is about so much more than just learning techniques; it’s about building confidence, discipline, and character. My daughters absolutely love attending, and it’s amazing to watch them grow under the guidance of such skilled and dedicated instructors. I feel incredibly lucky to have this gem in our community—a place where kids learn not just martial arts, but also values that will shape them for life.“

1608 SW Dash Point Rd Ste b, Federal Way“I met Mr Rainey in 1992 I believe. I was on active duty so when I wasn't on Duty I would visit the school to train. I don't have the words to tell others about Mr Rainey he is kind and thoughtful and patient with students. Mr Rainey is a true Model of a highly skilled Martial Arts.“

16511 Pacific Ave S, Spanaway“This dojo focuses on values and responsibilities of both the students and their families. It is nice too because they offer peewee classes which enhances the interest of younger siblings not just watching their older brother or sister while waiting for them to dismiss. The way they train their students is ideal. They expect students to be excelling in school, helping in house chores, doing community work as volunteers, having sports, and the like. They also talk with parents on their students progress and dojo expectations. I love watching the students progress from their day 1 to present. It’s life changing for my kid and i see that with other students too!“

24700 64th Ave S, Kent“My son has been going here since he was almost 3 and he loves Master Dye and he really loves going here. He is doing great and really picks up the routines easily because they work so well with the kids. He is also respectful and polite and he learns that at Karate (and home ?)“
