There was a billing error that couldn't be fixed when I first signed up but it all worked out because I was able to use the credit. I do have some Disney dresses from the dress shop I have gotten dry cleaned there, I do think it's expensive at $30 a dress but they've come out nicely. I also haven't shopped around for prices because I'm sure it's expensive everywhere. Overall, as someone who has used their services a lot, no complaints :) oh also I do really like their website/customer portal. I can track my order and they also put your items in your profile, which is a nice touch.“
