A rug that I love was in desperate need of cleaning and I was happy to find New area Cleaners right here in the North End …One week later I picked up my rug and it looks brand new again - I am beyond happy and have no hesitation recommending New Era for rug cleaning - staff is great and turn around time very reasonable - Glad I found them!
Professional, on time, high quality service. I had a repair need for a leather jacket. The repair was skillful, it looked great and was affordable. They did not require me to have it cleaned first ( which is over 90$).Communication is seamless with text messages. I'll return for similar needs.
Been here a few times over the years. Good service and cleaning is often done ahead of schedule. They even mended a loose tag on my sweater for me at not extra charge. Only gripe is that they don't post rug cleaning fees, and staff don't seem to know them either. I'd think that kind of info should be readily available.
