Staff was attentive to my needs and took time to understand what i wanred to accomplish.
I was told to come back 3 days for the hemming on my 4 pants, but i was called after 2 days informing
me that my pants are ready yo be picked up. Fully satisfied with the service. I will be back when i need their services again. Thank you for doing a good job and kudos for an excellent customer service.

I would like to say that services at New Era Cleaners are on point. I have had services done at both locations, before, and their Staff is always professional and friendly. This particular service had to do with getting my bridesmaid dress altered. I received my dress back, at least 3 days sooner than expected. I tried it on when I got home and it was perfect. I like the text option of being notified for pick up. Clean business with space. I travel from deep SoHill to the north end for their services and it's worth the commute.
