Very responsive to the request for a quick turnaround due to a limited window of opportunity and the need to cooperate with ongoing work in the building. Work and cleanup completed efficiently and well.
No complaints with our windows. We had one little hiccup but the job was well done and the crew was very pleasant and polite. Very good about laying down tarps since we have lighter color carpet. I liked the guys so I bought the crew pizza for lunch and they were very appreciative.
After two years of living with thier work, replaced 12 windows and a sliding door, I am still pretty happy that I had KCWG do the job. Their price was fair, they did what they said they would in a timely manner and one of their guys on the crew should have a stand-up comedy act. He had me laughing all day long. This is a small family company and I like that. I did have a warranty claim (the window wasn't bonded to the frame because of a manufacturing error but that wasn't their fault and they handled it well and actually being a glass company rather than just a window installer they fixed it pretty compently. I recommend them just for the comedy if nothing else!
