I have been with this company twenty plus years, all the installers work hard to please and do a wonderful job. When you call to purchase they come right out, but when you need maintenance it’s hard to get them back out, once they do they do a great job, but it’s frustrating that you buy a door and screen a part is missing, they order it and order the wrong part, I don’t understand how that happens you sell the door, you should know what part I need, so other than that their prices are in line with others, the guys that come out are polite and do a wonderful job, just need tweaking on getting service back out to you.if you see Patrick Landrum, at your door you know… read full review

I love my new windows! The price was the same price as Window World. They were installed on Thursday. (Sorry but I can't remember the installer's name- I was ill) He arrived from Owensboro on time. He began working immediately. He was efficient and kept everything clean inside and out! Very professional. Immediate difference in my NW bedroom temperature.
