Listening is an art.My computer suddenly shut off, then got stuck in a loop of turning on and turning off after 2 seconds again, repeat.I told them I had checked powercord, surge box and wall outlet; I had checked possible RAM issues; that I had disconnected all components including mobo, cpu, hard drives, rom drives, usb ports, gfx card, and the problem still persisted. After having HelloTech out, who did not get my internet/networking back online after having paid for that and wanting to charge me more to come back out, I called Geek Squad with the intent to have them out to get me back up and running. (I have had previous good experiences with Geek Squad). The tech on the phone ran me through several possible fixes and determined it would take someone to come out. So I thanked him and said I would try one last thing with Centurylink, which I did. In the end, I didn't need anyone to come out; Centurylink had a nice tech person who volunteered to help me because he had had the same problem at home. My all-in-one printer, which I bought from Best Buy 11 months ago, went on the fritz a few days ago; I can't send faxes for some reason. I tried everything I could to troubleshoot it, without success. I finally decided to call my local Geek Squad here in Federal Way - all I can say is WOW! Whoever the other two reviewers are, their experiences sure aren't mine!
