Didn't end up getting work done but the employee was knowledgeable about my phone and what I needed and able to give sound advice, the repair cost was roughly the cost of the phone so I decided against the repair but still a helpful visit.

The repair was impressively swift, taking only about thirty minutes, and cost $135, which initially seemed reasonable. The staff were courteous and efficient, which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one.
However, the aftermath of the repair revealed several significant issues. Firstly, my Face ID stopped working because the replacement screen was not an original Apple product. This is the second time I've had my phone repaired by this business. They are wonderful, fair prices, and very fast good quality work. My phone was cracked all over and not even unlocking or restarting for me. I remembered their good service the first time around and brought it there. It was 30 mins to close and they still helped me out. Sadly, I break my phone a lot, but I feel good that I can take it to them next time too.
