One of the worst facilities in the navy. Many of the complaints listed in other reviews are still 100% valid.
Appointment cancellations on day of. Limited doctors. Phones don’t get answered. Phone trees are broken.
Clearly they know you have no where else to go and take full advantage of this fact. Service members should be better than this .
I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now and have not had a problem with this facility. The procedures are somewhat different from civilian pharmacies, but within their guidelines I haven't had any problems at all. They are friendly, courteous, and respectful to both active and retirees as I have seen. I drive over 40 miles one way and the script center is the usual way I get our medications. It is usually the medical professionals who do not understand the military ways. Yes, I have to contact my doctors for new prescriptions, but it is not a hassle to follow thru.
Hope you didn’t want a call back or anyone to answer the phone. Needed an appointment? It’s more than likely going to be cancelled and pushed out another month.
This place is so poorly managed and communication is awful. It’s nearly impossible to get care.
