I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now and have not had a problem with this facility. The procedures are somewhat different from civilian pharmacies, but within their guidelines I haven't had any problems at all. They are friendly, courteous, and respectful to both active and retirees as I have seen. I drive over 40 miles one way and the script center is the usual way I get our medications. It is usually the medical professionals who do not understand the military ways. Yes, I have to contact my doctors for new prescriptions, but it is not a hassle to follow thru.
Hope you didn’t want a call back or anyone to answer the phone. Needed an appointment? It’s more than likely going to be cancelled and pushed out another month.
This place is so poorly managed and communication is awful. It’s nearly impossible to get care.
90% of my appointments were canceled on the date of the appointment. In addition to that they change the appointment date without telling you.
I have been seeing military clinics in different locations for over 20 years but this is the worst military clinic.
No respect or sense of responsibility to their patients.
Major fail as health care facility.
