The guy I got seemed to be in a bad mood that day. He was rushing through the manicure. Iasked for a round shape and he over shaped and made some of the nails almond. I am disappointed in the overall service. He did not cut my cuticles, or put lotion on at the end. I was charged $60 for a dip manicure, which is extremely overpriced. The nail tech is terrible it's like she has never done nails in her life. I showed her what I wanted multiple times while she was shaping and still ended up with the most hideous nails that looked nothing like what I wanted. At least come close my God. There's a reason why it's always empty when you walk inside.

I've been going to this salon for the 2 years and I've noticed overtime their treatment towards me is very rude and harsh. From the snickering and laughing to the impatient when I tell them that my nail is shaped wrong... I've never been treated so hostilely... I waited 30 for one broken nail to be fixed and this is the treatment I get.. I've been a long time customer and the owner has completely turned me off from coming here ever again.. she was knocking down nail polish in anger, sighing at me and being rude towards me. I'll never come back here. The color still doesn't match and I knew she was talking about me in Vietnamese when I asked her to fix it... absolutely unacceptable. Poorly staffed and barely anyone there these days. The owner has short reddish hair styles in a bob for anyone who needs to know exactly who I'm referring to. I left her business card on the counter and walked out. I don't know who she thinks she's treating like this, but I was a loyal customer until she decided to take her anger out towards me for something I had absolutely no control over. The other lady just laughed at me as I was getting my nails done. I was there around 2pm today and I left around 2:30. I've never felt this betrayed, angry and insulted. A friend recommended me to Splash Nails in Everett and I was amazed by their work. Their customers and staff were FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL, KIND and PROFESSIONAL. I got dip stilleto nails with a statement color. I will be going here for now on. Well trained nail techs that DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR WELL PAYING CUSTOMERS! . I couldn't have written a more detailed review about this place...
