After sharing my name, address, and number with Jose I received a txt message. The message informed me on the the time and date his technician would arrive to my house. Within a 1 hour window I didn’t have to set aside an entire day just to wait.
I also received a photo of the technician so I knew exactly who I was looking for. Very profesional.
