Comfort Zone Heating & AC

I had been trying for 2 days to get somebody to call me back to make an appointment to come out and look at my AC system with no luck. Obviously everyone was busy because of the 90+ degree weather. I finally called Comfort Zone Heating, and "Is tomorrow soon enough?" is the response I got ( It was 3:45 when I called). I was ECSTATIC!! I told the gentleman what the problem was, and he said he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it MYSELF!! UNBELIEVEABLE, RIGHT? I went home and did exactly what he told me to do, and it fixed the problem. I can't say enough about such great customer service. I won't ever call anyone else for my heating and air conditioning.

Greg and his wife took time out of their weekend to come by our home to give us a second opinion on an recent install done by a different company in town that we are not happy with. They were very professional and knowledgeable and gave us some good information. He refused to let us pay him for his time. I only wish we would have known of them before.
