Excellent job with obvious customer service in mind. They installed a new electrical panel and element in my water heater. 2 months later the 2nd panel also failed. They only charged me for parts for the 2nd panel and installed it immediately. Fair prices and timely service. I will be returning to Dick’s Heating for all future needs and it will be a bonus to work with Bob again.

The outside unit system stopped cooling on a late Friday afternoon - right as the forecast was predicting 100+ degree weather and just before company was to arrive. Thankfully I was able to get a Saturday appointment. I knew it was going to cost a bit more but I also knew it would be worth the money to get it fixed.
