He’s friendly and takes the time to understand how you want your hair cut, following pictures with great attention to detail. After posting the review, the Leslie from the shop reached out to me and offered to make it right. She got me in with the regional trainer, Axle, who got me looking much better than before. I've got a lot of respect for them for getting me in and helping me out.

The lady who cut my hair was super sweet and I really wish her the best, but she definitely messed up my beard and there's almost no fade in my haircut.
