I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, but this week my experience was above and beyond.
Christy was running behind, so my appointment was slightly delayed (no biggie, happens to all of us). She made up for lost time, but then heavily discounted my fee! This was in addition to being very apologetic about the delay, so I was very happy with the level of customer service that was offered. It’s the little gestures that take a business from transactional to a true service, and this place has them locked down!

Awesome hair cut!! Will definitely recommend for kids. My son wanted a hair cut with a Soccer Ball and Stephanie did exactly what he wanted and made him super happy.That too she gave an appointment just in an hour.
You can schedule online (recommended) or just walk in. I always have Kayleigh cut my hair and she does a great job. They have music playing and an upbeat atmosphere. I am not much of a talker, but I hear a lot of friendly chatter when I am there.
