“Even though we chose not to have repair done to my laptop due to age and price, it would be wiser to get new one I would still have used. He was very knowledgeable, answered questions, and we both felt we could trust what he was saying. But anyway. I've thought for a long time that the interior of any Office Depot was a bit dusty and empty looking - in spite of being full! And this location is no different. The furniture in the back especially looks kind of haphazardly arranged. Not very appealing if you are hunting for office furniture. I had fun browsing the school supplies, though, and picked up some cute items, including a fuzzy pencil holder, for a friend. Staff. Must note that the staff here is great. Very helpful, friendly, ready to answer questions, always with a smile. Keep up the great work!“

“Technology Unlimited is a Brother Authorized Service Center. My Brother printer was yielding a "hardware" error code ("Print Unable 32"). TU quoted $40+tax to investigate, and if I elected to proceed with the repair this would be credited against a $90 labor charge ( plus parts). Two days later, I got a call that the printer was ready, and the total charge would be...$40+tax!!! Apparently, some adhesive from a mis-fed sticker got on the sensor shield door, and it needed to be cleaned to operate properly. I appreciate that they completed this simple repair without charging me a full hour for labor. Additionally, Susan was a pleasure to deal with.“
