They both went out of their way to help us each time that we have come into the store. Eddie went way above and beyond the service that one would normally expect when we helped us get lenses to fit the inserts in light weight specialty cycling glasses.
It is very difficult to find people who are as conscientious and knowledgeable as the employees at this store. My wife and I are beyond middle age and have been using prescription eye wear for many decades. Our experiences with this Vista Optical are the best that we can remember. This location is a shining star compared to other optical shops, and we are very happy to have found them.

I've been going to Light Dental Studios for 11 years. I started out with Dr. Poyfair in Lakewood and he was absolutely amazing, along with all of the staff. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He is absolutely hilarious and made me feel so at ease. He always remembered conversations and details about my daughter and partner, and seemed so engaged. I couldn't voice a single complaint! He even went above and beyond giving me a starbucks gift card when my lip was cracked during a crown procedure. (If you ever have the chance to visit, make sure you request they play Katy Perry... it's his favorite! jk (Sorry Dr. Poyfair!)) Last year I transitioned to the Puyallup location when I moved and experienced the same great treatment. Tonight I met with a newer Dr., Dr. Lee, who was so incredible. I came in for a crown, but had some other things take place between scheduling the appointment and arriving. She genuinely listened to my concerns, shifted course swiftly without forcing me into the original plan. (I also want to say the staff who greeted me relayed my initial message without any sense of annoyance that I completely derailed the original intention- they were so helpful and sweet!). Dr. Lee and her assistant, Ally, were so kind and gentle (they make a great pair!!!). I was also able to reschedule my original crown for 2 days from now. I highly recommend Light Dental Studios to anyone who may have a fear of dentists, or a seasoned pro like myself (ha!) who has high expectations which have been exceeded by all staff at both offices I've visited. Thanks for being so wonderful!
Dr. Kashif Saeed is amazing! He's very thorough with examinations and detailed about the plan to get you feeling better. He put my mind at ease regarding cortisone injections in my back. I'm so glad to have been referred to him!!!
Dr. Novak is wonderful!!! I broke my fibula bone in my ankle and he was so kind and caring and made you feel like he was not rushing at all. Amazing kind and compassionate doctor and incredible bed side manner. Thank you Dr. Novak!

Just had my hair cut by Josh and let me tell you I will be back for another one by him when its needed. I will also be bringing my daughter and my son to him. He takes the time and listens to what you want or need, and also has his own ideas which might be better he saved me my length ( i thought i needed more off then I did). Forsure just gained a repeat customer!
Took my daughter here and we had such a great time! Miss Gina was fabulous and took great care of my kiddo and did awesome nail art. Next time it's my turn! It's located in a cozy, clean and private studio. Just a really good vibe all around. And her nail art and colors are fab! Definitely recommend

I love the location, I love the amenities provided to us such as a beautiful bathroom (I don’t have to maintain), a breakroom, & laundry facilities.

This is the best dental facility I’ve been in ten years. The staff are so kind. Dana, the hygienist was so skillful, funny and professional. They also have the newest technologies. This is the first place that I’ve been to that use warm water for rinsing. Ultimate customer first mentality.

By far one of the BEST chiropractors spots EVER! Not only was I blown away by the amount of support from the front desk ladies! I shared some concerns from my injury and they jumped right on it! Itzel is the Sweetest! Not only does she greet you by name when you come in literally EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! But she’s very pose and helpful! Then Naomi gets you seated in your room and is the kindest helping out making sure your comfortable while waiting!

I highly recommend Dr. Chon! He is a compassionate chiropractor who takes his time to listen to you. He takes a thorough history, examination and then comes up with a treatment and exercises tailored to your specific needs. His adjustments are on point and you will feel like a new person leaving his office!
Zoe is one of the very best masseuses I’ve been to. She knows lymphatic massage techniques that have released so much pain in my body. She listens and works extra on areas that need attention. She is very skilled with just the right touch! I look forward to my massages with Zoe.
I’ve been seeing the same therapist (Wesley) for about two years now, and I can’t recommend him enough! His deep tissue massage technique is excellent—always targeting the right areas with just the right amount of pressure. On top of that, he’s incredibly friendly, making every visit enjoyable with great conversation. I’ve never had a single issue, and the entire staff is just as welcoming and professional.
Awesome office. Very friendly, clean, easy check-in, always have appointments as they are staffed well. They really know what they are doing. I say go to a few therapists to see who you like. Tricia is great, I ask for a little of everything. Great conversations.
They bill my kaiser insurance, so that's awesome. To know if they are covered for you, you should always call your insurance and check that they are in the network. There are way too many insurance plans for someone to know for sure until they bill....so just call yourself before you book to double check if you're worried about cost. The number is on the back of your card. If you don't call...that's your fault for being lazy.

The staff and PT's are great, knowledgeable and professional. They are clear about care plans, exercise programs and clinic protocols. They've certainly helped me getting back on my way to activities of daily living.
I just completed about three months of PT at the Gig Harbor location. Heather is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable throughout and excited about the program. I was a little bummer to be “graduated” out!
