Took over helping grandma with her taxes as she is getting too old to do it herself. We discovered several serious oversights by Dollars & Sense in the past years' tax filings which costs grandma many thousands of dollars. Avoid them entirely. They are data entry people, not tax consultants. Bad follow-through.
