Newaukum Valley Veterinary Services provides exceptional care to cats and dogs. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring, with doctors who take great care of pets. The facility is able to accommodate emergencies, as seen with the successful treatment of a pup who was at death's door. Dr. Fay, the clinic's veterinarian, is described as amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and taking the time to explain things and answer questions, even during busy times. Clients have been very happy with every visit and are grateful for her care and communication, especially during a recent emergency surgery. The kindness and compassion shown to clients and pets alike is remarkable, making it a welcoming and comforting experience for all.
Love states Ave. Been with them many years. My problem is with there charge system, Iwas ready to go today when I brought my dog in. I tried to cash out but the front desk couldn't do anything cause they needed a thank you to sow up on computer. I stayed there in the building while my dog sat out in the car for forty minutes, they need to do something cause of there in ability to finish somebody , put the dogs at risk and just pisses me off. I had my dog in the car after her shots 40 min that's ridiculous to wait 40 min to pay. Next time I'll walk out and deal with paying them after I get home
Thank you, brandy and every single one of your staff! Yall saved my baby girls life yesterday and I couldn't be more grateful. EVERYONE that works there had the best vibe, attitude and sense of humor during a time where I wasn't sure if my puppy would be okay. Thanks to yall, shes great! Kenna (pictured) is very thankful.
10/10 recommend! The entire crew was professional, compassionate, and kept us informed every step of the way. They took amazing care of Murphy Finnegan and treated him like one of their own.
Murphy may have left two parts behind, but he came home happy, well cared for, and none the wiser. 😂 Thank you for making the whole experience as stress-free as possible!
