Still have not hear from anyone from this company 3 weeks after posting the last review, and the supervising technician blocked my phone from his cel #.I am going to need to contact owner of company to see how to transfer warranty to a different company.Beware…you may not receive what you pay for…
First of all the tech coordinator barely gave any information about the install. Some people actually want to know the work you’re doing for what they’re paying. Second, I went on vacation and when I got back they added almost $3000 to the quote because of a “market adjust” and “waiting too long” to accept the quote. If they had given me a heads up of the possibility of this I understand. But I was the one who followed up with THEM - Poor customer skills. Go with aqualine heating and cooling instead. MUCH BETTER
