Oleg and team are great! Oleg who I worked with was very responsive from the first email inquiry I had! He took time to respond to different requests and was quick to update the invoice as I changed the order based on his input.Oleg was easy to work with on the day of the event and made the rental process of 2 bounced houses and a monitor pain free!Thanks Party Hoppers!

We rented one of their water slides. You send them a request and they email you back fairly quickly with an invoice if the set up is available. I got a 30 minute heads up for their arrival. The crew was great about navigating my tight alleyway and set up was a breeze. Unfortunately the weather gods decided to give us cloud cover. So they advised us how to make the best of the situation to have a good set up where we filled the water area with camping pads instead. The kids had a BLAST. We had a great experience with Party Hoppers! Booking was super straightforward and Oleg was always really quick to respond to any questions. The guys came early on the day to set up and the kids had a great time on the bounce house. It was clean and in great condition. The whole thing was a totally stress free and a great experience.
