Cascade always does very careful inspections of our home. If there is something that needs attention, the technician either fixes it on the spot or tells us exactly what needs to be done. We couldn't be happier with their service!
Pick this one! I called yesterday, yes, yesterday, for help with yellow jackets. We are hosting an event at our house on Friday, and I was desperate for help. Guess what? They came through! From the gal who answered my call to the tech who showed up at my door today, they were amazing! AND...They didn't try to gouge me.They know what they are doing and can explain it, so I do, too.They are careful with my pets and my property. Their customer service skills rock! Their prices are more than fair. They solved my issue - quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Not to mention, they are a family-owned, local business, so they actually have a vested interest in making me happy! How cool is that? YAY!
