Medically the quality is excellent, the people professional and the facility quality and modern. My only complaint applies to PeaceHealth as well as Whatcom Eye Surgeons and has to do with trying to contact the clinics via the phone system. The message always how overwhelmed they are in handling the call volumes. To speak to someone you need to navigate the Metaverse of of their phone answering system where you need to wait for someone to pick up on almost all numeric phone options they offer. I was promptly seen by Whatcom Eye Surgeon on the same day I reached out to them. I'm grateful that my urgent care doctor recommended their services. Today, on the 7th day, following the provided instructions and finishing my prescribed medications, my eyes have greatly improved. I appreciate the timely attention from Whatcom Eye Surgeon.

Remarkable and professional service with attention to every detail. Cataract surgery was absolutely painless and quick. Entire staff was reassuring and caring. Kudos to Dr. Kristi Bailey!
