Karl and Clear View Construction are spectacular! Clear View did both my bathroom and kitchen / dining room remodels. Karl is not only a highly skilled craftsman, but he's also a problem solver of all things project related. Those two skills mean you get quality end results at the right prices!I could not love my new bathroom and kitchen / dining room more! Clear View and Karl made design problems into design features! In my case, if you can't avoid an awkward structural support post in the kitchen, Karl suggested making it stainless steel and plunging it through the kitchen counter to match the mid-century inspired design! I highly recommend Clear View Construction. Karl (owner and general contractor) is honest, detailed oriented as well as a true craftsman. We have worked with CVC twice and would gladly work with them again. You will receive guidance and clear communication Karl and a stunning final project. We've done two major remodels with Clear View Construction. The remodels included kitchens, bathrooms. flooring, basically total remodels including wall removals. You can see both condo remodels on their website (Kirkland and Renton projects). Karl, owner and general contractor, is completely dependable and provides an amazing finished product. He is detailed oriented and goes the extra mile to work with you to get the end results you want. We give CVC a 5 star rating.
