This was my first experience with Eastside Appliance Repair. My technician was curteous. After diagnosing the problem with my washing machine, I was provided with a quote for several hundred dollars. On the follow up visit to repair my washer, the technician determined it was a less complicated repair than originally thought and I received a reduced bill!

My dryer was making a terrible sound. Normally i would just replace the belt and drum. I also told this to the tech. But it turned out that the motor was full of lint. He cleaned it up and it was as quiet as a kitten.
Dennis was professional and knowledgeable enough to know exactly what the problem was with my microwave oven. He replaced 3 micro switches for the front door sensors which resolved the main breaker from tripping. The charge was a flat fee price of $275 + tax and he finished the repair in 1 hour. Excellent service and I'd definitely use this company again for any future appliance repairs.
