Jordan diagnosed our furnace problem quickly, had the necessary part in his van, and replaced it for a reasonable price. Very trustworthy and explained things well. Highly recommend him!
Our furnace didn't work during the cold weather. I called the Furnace Aid and left a message. Jordan called me back within 10 minutes and came to check it in the evening. Our furnace is old, he thoroughly checked everything out and recommended to replace the parts. He replaced one part and fixed it with a standard price which was lower than we thought. Jordan is a very nice, honest and hard working guy. Thanks Jordan for doing a great work! We highly recommend!
