I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my eye exam with Dr. Tran when I came in to update my contact lens prescription.

The entire appointment felt extremely rushed and very short. I tried to explain my previous eye condition and relevant medical history, because I believed it was important for the exam and prescription update. However, Dr. Tran repeatedly interrupted me before I could finish. Whenever I tried to say anything or provide context, she seemed to cut me off and move on quickly.

I was initially a bit hesitant to visit because of some of the reviews, but I’m really glad I did, my experience was above and beyond. The store has an excellent selection of luxury eyewear, and while other locations may have additional designs, this location still offers a broader and more impressive selection than many flagship stores I’ve visited.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, but I especially want to highlight Juni. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, answering all of my questions and even helping me explore designs that weren’t available in-store but could be ordered.

Was nervous due to some of the bad reviews but doctor Tran was able to prescribe me contact lenses that are much more comfortable to wear than what my previous doctor prescribed!

Service is also quick and the staff are friendly!
