We have used Express twice now. Once for a regular service over 4 years ago and again when we had issues recently. Both times they were friendly (I mean above and beyond friendly). This time they worked us into the schedule at the beginning of the shift, and the tech Kaycee was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and friendly and even came back for free the next day to show us how to find an inlet ourselves moving forward. She fixed our problem and the whole thing only cost us $50 more than the service several years ago. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them to others. Friendly, fast, and honest! Very cordial on the phone when I called to compare costs, no pressure. Was able to set up a date quickly to get my septic pumped. Driver was also friendly and efficient. Gave me the tip that the Costco TP is not septic friendly, as it doesn't degrade well, resulting in shorter intervals between pumpings. Oh, and they were priced lower than the competition.
