“Two years ago we woke up to the fact that we needed a better online presence. Shiloh is always on time and on budget. Her creative team has put together an elegant and modern website that functions the way we want it to. One of our big goals was access for making our own updates to the website. I thought I would have to learn computer language to do that but Shiloh had a much better idea. She loaded a program called Contribute onto my computer and I can easily update about 95% of the website using ordinary language. I still have regular contact with Shiloh for some updates and questions. We meet every month or two. We review my Google Analytics data and make changes to the website for purposes of increasing our SEO. I always leave that meeting with a list of changes I should make to optimize the website.
