We’ve been loyal customers for many years. There are other companies we could use, but we always choose Randy at Poulsbo Heating because he’s prompt, honest, friendly, and provides superior service! We’ve referred neighbors to Poulsbo Heating, and they’ve also been thrilled with their service. If you need heating or cooling service, do yourself a favor and give them a call! No runaround, no games. Just quick, honest, reliable service. Reading other reviews, I honestly question if they are posting about the correct company, because nothing in that negative review rings even remotely true from every encounter we’ve had.

Brenda and Randy, I cannot tell you what a comfort it was to have pheasant, professional and caring service from your company. I have relied on you for my furnace service and heating oil needs for several years and you have always delivered with a smile. Without going into details, I had a home selling experience that got very, very complicated to say the least. Without a complaint they went out of their way to provide oil tank estimate, fuel oil remaining estimate and finally a last minute pump out. Brenda, you were a saving grace and a calm professional voice. THANK YOU! This local company is the best. Call them.
