“I came in with 3 separate special requests and Magnolia Cleaners was experienced, thoughtful, and patient enough to help me with all 3 issues. #1: I brought a vintage family item in...my mother's prom dress that I was planning to wear for an official event in Washington D.C. and the owner and/or manager was able to help me trouble shoot the best way to clean it including spot checking the fabric for me...problem solved! #2: I brought in a brand new tie that had wine and oil spilled on it the first time it was worn and they were able to get the stains out. And #3: I've been paying what feels like an obnoxious amount of money to have my puffy jackets cleaned and they quoted me a rate that was significantly below what I pay to another speciality cleaner. “I had a leather jacket, I had some fur put around the hood of it they did an excellent job exactly what I wanted ,my cat have peed on it and it smelled like pee but when I got it back it didn't smell like pee no more they're a little bit more expensive they remind me of the place I used to go down town to I wish they was closer to me I might have them do a couple more things for me but so far yeah they they the ones, they the ones they're a little bit more expensive but they got that pee smell out my coat I recommend this place my creases was on point my suit yeah this is the one I want to see how they clean these other things, that I'm going to bring to them if they clean them I'm going to put another review on for them I don't see how they 4.1 they should be five star“

“I did not get a chance to use their service, but the customer service was excellent. I don't know much about dry cleaning I was following the label on my shirt but dry cleaning would have ruined those particular shirts, and the lady at the front patiently explained it to me. She was very kind and even gave me advice on how to clean the shirt so I could preserve the writing. It worked, and I am thankful she saved my shirts. If I ever have something that can be dry cleaned and needs to be done, I'm bringing it here.“

“I have used Super Cleaners several times now to clean my queen down comforter. They are always fast to check you in and pick up is usually a couple days out. Always convenient for me. They've done great work, getting puppy pee out of my comforter as well as cat stains.
