“I originally went to Symmetria in September 2025 because I fell down a flight of stairs and injured my low back. I didn't want to go to the Emergency room because I don't take pain medications, due to my history. I remembered hearing about Symmetria, so I gave them a call. From the moment I contacted them I knew I had found the right place. You do not get one provider, you get a whole team. I went into my intake and they knew information that I told the scheduler. When I went into my first treatment I felt like I was part of the family. Every person I came in contact with knew something about me. If I was having a good day, or my Cancerversary or an off day. To say my back is back to normal would be incorrect, my back feels 10 years younger. And that is not just because of the amazing treatment that I received for my back. While getting treatments the Office Manager, Katie, was out on the floor and I was telling her about how tired I am, how I have so many grandkids and I am taking so many supplements I shouldn't be dragging. She suggested I meet with Dr. Samra-Gill and discuss with her how I was feeling and what I was taking. I was so pleasantly surprised with my initial appointment. She not only asked me about my medical history, she asked about my childhood, my habits (both food and activities) and what supplements I was on. Dr SG asked what I was looking for. I left that appointment that optimistic but still had no idea what I was in for. When I recieved my treatment plan I was so amazed. They were treating all aspects of my body. I not only getting Nutritional Coaching, I was getting IV's, assistance with changing my thinking about Dieting and exercise. I have lost 40 pounds and I am still going. BUT I am not on a diet, they taught me the importance of what I put into my body, the importance of movement and sleep. I am in my 50's and feel like I have a new lease on life. I have energy I had in my 30's. I am feeling so good and keeping up with my 11 grandkids is easy. I owe it all to Katie, Tina, Taylor, Melanie, Emily, Blina, Dr. Samra-Gil, Dr Paul, Dr Peter, and Dr Cheng. It is truly a team you get.“

Was the only person left there and she helped me not only get a piece for my nebulizer machine and helped get me breathing for the night, but get a new machine shipped to me the same night! without her, I would have had to go to the E R.
