I did an at home ear cleaning and man, that did not go well. Having to fly in a couple of days and my ears clogged, I needed urgent attention. I called Kaiser customer care, and they were able to get me in same day. At this point the experience was already great.
I didn't think the rest of the visit would go exceptionally well. Was I in Europe? From check-in to getting looked at, took less than five minutes. The first staff member was nice, personable, and cheerful. I met with Cathy Kawamoto, MD, and she's just a wonderful human. We had a meaningful conversation that was helpful and insightful. Dr Hastings and Nurse Jackie & all staff were wonderful, compassionate, professional, personable, and listened. I will ask for Dr Hastings next time if Dr Saran is not available. I wish SmokeyPoint was closer. Better yet, how about a clinic for the Growing population of Bellingham, besides the great Kaiser Bellingham Pharmacy.
First time here, i was very early and was seen quickly. The staff were all very kind and the doctor was very informative! Will be coming back here for future visits. Very positive experience
