My dog had previously been traumatized by an inexperienced groomer cutting his ear, then not even finishing the appointment. I was concerned he would be difficult to groom again. Pat however, did a wonderful job with him, gaining his trust and having no PTSD moments. I am so happy for my dog and for having located such a great groomer with years of experience!! Thank you Pat. New to the Springfield area. In need of a cut and a beard trim, I was searching for a Barber. Called to find out if there was a chance I could get in mid morning (1030am) on a Saturday. Val answered, let me know that I could come in and that they closed at noon. She was everything I had hoped for. Excellent cut and beard trim! Great personality and experience overall! Price was more than fair and I highly recommend her and the shop!

My bouquet from Woodbury Florist was the best I've ever gotten. This review is a few months overdue. My fiance ordered a Valentines day bouquet, while we were on a ski trip in Vermont. Flowers were beautiful, red roses, Casablanca and stargazer lilies and light pink carnations. What truly set these apart was how long they lasted, even though they traveled with us from Vermont, to New York and finally Pennsylvania. Roses kept their head up for around 2 weeks. The lilies had multiple buds on them and the last one was finally done blooming middle of March. Valentines day flowers usually only last 1 week. If they can get such fresh flowers on one of the busiest day for florists, they can get them anytime.
Lisa did an amazing job. I had ALOT of hair and I had to cut it off because im in the Army now :) it was hard to let go but lisa made me very comfortable and I could tell she was trust worthy. I love my hair cut and I'll only be letting her touch my hair from on haha. Aside from the mandatory buzz at bootcamp ?
I've hired HB for fuel burner install, removal of an old burner, heater installation and smaller plumbing work. They have workers with real knowledge. I'd use them anytime. The office folks are always nice, too.
