I've hired HB for fuel burner install, removal of an old burner, heater installation and smaller plumbing work. They have workers with real knowledge. I'd use them anytime. The office folks are always nice, too.

I had HB Install a rooftop solar array on our house and Liam who helped us initially was very nice and helpful but after we were handed off to the team doing it i felt team doing it was a big let down. Communication was very poor throughout the entire project and ended up with a huge surprise charge from the power company that HB knew about for months and neglected to tell us (despite being in the contract they were supposed to). I reached out to GMP for some billing questions and they stated they forwarded all of this info to HB and never shared it with me. I was planning on moving all of other services to HB as well as future projects but I will find another provider...read full review
