BEWARE: they neglect to maintain septic systems and when a problem occurs, they will refuse to answer calls or emails and won't give you insurance information to file a claim to fix your new extremely overpriced mobile home.

Absolute horrible people to work with and rent from. They did not answer any phone calls or emails. They are very disrespectful towards women and abuse their "power" within the company.

Had the rudest driver from this company following me today. I yielded in the turning lane for a yellow light for oncoming traffic, when the employee started honking at me. Once I was free to turn the employee ran a red light and drove erratically so close to me that has I needed to brake they would have rear-ended my vehicle.
