5070 Shelburne Rd, Shelburne“Ark Veterinary has been wonderful to me, my prior two Boston Terriers (whom received the best possible care during their health issues for many years) and also to my current Boston Henry! They are extremely trusting, genuine and caring entire staff. Honestly without them I wouldn’t have been able to get through the toughest and stressful times we faced. Thank you for all you do for all of your patients and our “children”. I am very fortunate to go to your office!“

The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thank you all so much!“

When we started going there our cat was already very sick and we were looking for end of life support to keep him as comfortable as possible. I am certain that the attentive care that he received from Dr. Sam and the staff at Qi Vet is the reason he was so happy and comfortable for his remaining time with us.
When it was time to let him go we were treated with such respect and empathy. It really did make that loss a bit easier and we are grateful for that.
We received a card today with kind words from the staff at Qi Vet and it was just so thoughtful. Thank you to everyone at Qi Vet. I would highly recommend them for your pet's care.“

7 River Cove Rd, Williston“We've been with River Cove now for over 39 years! Many beloved dogs through thick and thin including cancer, vestibular and other less critical issues. We were there back when Dr Ellis was the sole Doctor (and original owner) at this hospital, ...in its infancy. We've stayed with them all through their growth, while adding staff and new Doctors and new protocols and changes through new owners. We're still there! The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care. Be prepared for that. Always good vibes at River Cove.........if they can take you on as a client, I highly suggest you bring your pet to them. they will not let you down. Doctors, Joel E. and Amanda L., Thank you!!! You are THE very best!“

60 Commerce St, Williston“Dr. Kessler is easily the best Vet I have ever had. She was able to diagnose my cat with allergies and helped us find a treatment that was effective. When my cat was diagnosed with FIV I thought it was the end of the world. Dr.Kessler called me and walked me through what FIV meant for my girl and what I needed to do to keep her healthy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Kessler and I am so thankful to have her have cared for the love of my life, Veda. We moved to California and although I have a new Vet, I miss Dr.Kessler dearly.“
“Amazing, amazing, amazing. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. We felt listened to and taken seriously and because of that our cat was saved. Highly recommend. Especially Dr. Haley. She was so sweet, professional, and smart we felt like crying. Gizmo and his family says thank you.“

5070 Shelburne Rd # 5, Shelburne“Lifechanging. They did us a favor before we even stepped in the door: after moving to VT I had called to get my dog Kenta started as a new patient. He's reactive at the vet so we made a plan, but before our first visit I got a cancer diagnosis myself. Life turned upside down and since Kenta was fine we forgot about it until I was out of the woods. I called them about a year later and while they weren't taking new patients at that point they agreed to still see us, considering the circumstances, which was so kind. It's just gotten better from there. They are very accommodating to reactive dogs, working with you to find the best solution to keep your pet calm and comfortable. No sedatives or blanket has been required! The energy of everyone there is perfect -- calm and unfazed -- which has helped Kenta progress quickly. He's now taking treats directly from the vet and getting pets! Unheard of before. We're also seeing the same vet every time for consistency which has helped. Cannot recommend them enough, especially for anxious/reactive dogs.“

Dr. Franz has a great knowledge base that he works at to keep current and a kind and patient "bedside manner" with the horses. In one instance, I'm sure a horse we had would not have recovered as well as he did from a terrible injury without Dr. Franz's care.“

All the veterinarians are wonderful and the staff is so kind and takes such great care of my furbabies. I can't imagine going any where else and getting the best service and customer care that I receive there at every visit. Thank you for all you do!“
