I was looking for an exact match to a drawer pull on a dresser that I am restoring and found one at their store but it was unfortunately part of a set of 6 drawer pulls. They sold me just one of the drawer pulls which now made the set have an odd number of 5. They said it was more important to make the customer happy. That is what customer service is all about!!“
