They were fantastic to deal with on every level. I am not local and they went out of their way to take additional photos for me prior to purchase and stored the item while I arranged transport. Communication was always top notch, the item price was very fair, and it was even in better condition than expected.
The owners of this business know what customer service means. I was looking for an exact match to a drawer pull on a dresser that I am restoring and found one at their store but it was unfortunately part of a set of 6 drawer pulls. They sold me just one of the drawer pulls which now made the set have an odd number of 5. They said it was more important to make the customer happy. That is what customer service is all about!!
