My regular groomer left the area for an unknown time and I had to find a new groomer. I contacted Kristy and was scheduled for 5 weeks out which worked well. We have two adorable rescue shih tzus that are terrified of being groomed and squirm. I explained this to Kristy and she was ok with taking them. When I arrived she came out and took both of them and was so gentle talking to them. I waited outside in my car nervous as a car on a hot tin roof! She called and informed me that their faces were too tangled and she didn't want to hurt them and suggested she cut it off and let it grow back out. I agreed since I don't want them hurt or stressed! She kept me on the phone so I could listen while she finished them and they didn't do their normal whining! I was shocked. A few minutes later she was done. The babies were happy to see me but didn't appear stressed! Her groom area in the garage is very large, comfotable temperature in a scorching humid day and with all the sophisticated equipment. She suggested they come back in 3 weeks for a 15 minute brush with me bringing their favorite treat so they can get used to her. I'm very pleased with our experience and will be back! I started bringing Daisy here because I didn’t like how Petco kept her for 8 plus hours every single time. And she has been coming here ever since! She always looks beautiful and is finished within an hour or so! I love Pink Paw Spa!!!
