Once I started using My Pest Pros--several years ago--there was a noticeable (and much appreciated!) decrease in insects around the house, including the basement, so that I felt and feel comfortable in my home. They're easy to do business with. I've been able to (easily) submit requests for them to check on specific things and they are responsive and helpful. You don't have to be home or speak with them when they come by for the periodic inspection, but whenever I am, they're always very courteous and helpful, like most recently when Chris came by and looked at some carpenter bee activity and advised me on a couple other things. Had a really nice helpful tech (Michael I think) who was able to problem solve on the fly and figure out which service best fit my needs! Was very grateful for him because there had been some miscommunication between me and the people I scheduled with regarding time needed and other requirements for the service.
