I had a difficult time getting in touch with the sales representative. Maybe the sales person was so busy they didn’t have time to call me back in a timely manner after three days of trying. However, beyond that the field technician tyrone was outstanding great personality, attention to details very knowledgeable of his job.

I've been using HomeTeam since 2019 with no issues. I had issues with significant spiders and called the office today. Marcus and Amber, from the management team, both came out the same day and thoroughly re-treated the house and explain the issues. Def recommend this office.I also want to add, Michael G. came earlier this week and did a great thorough job, inside and outside the house. Took the appropriate time to make sure a quality job was done. Ask for Michael G.

Michael is professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. He always goes out of his way to make sure we are happy with our pest control. It’s the little things that make a big difference, such as emailing and/or calling to ensure our scheduled date works for us. Definitely recommend this business.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
