Environmental Pest Control offers friendly and professional pest control services. Their inspectors are knowledgeable and conduct thorough inspections without feeling pushy. The technicians are pleasant and professional, answering any questions that customers may have. The company provides appointment reminders and is flexible with scheduling. Environmental Pest Control offers competitive solutions while considering the health of pets. Recently, inspectors like Brandon, Mike, and Ian have shown great attention to detail. Brandon effectively addressed a yellow jacket problem, clearly explaining how they were entering the home and ensuring the issue was resolved before leaving. Mike was thorough and professional, providing several service options, which he promptly emailed to customers. Ian consistently performs well, being professional, punctual, and detailed during each service appointment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ian, our EPC tech, has performed excellent residential pest control service. Our indoor pests are almost nonexistent. Ian is extremely thorough and professional. The service runs like clockwork. One less hassle for the homeowner.
Outdoor pests are also well controlled. We subscribe to EPC's seasonal tick & flea service. Our yard was infested with Lone Star ticks when EPC started this Spring. A family member had already developed Alpha Gal Syndrome from a tick bite. Both dogs had to be previously treated for Erlichiosis.
Thanks to Ian, the average number of tick bites on people and animals decreased to zero. None.
I called and Chris was the tech that came out. He ensured that every crack was sealed up on the inside and outside. He provided excellent customer service and made sure I was well informed. I highly recommend Environmental Pest Control.
