Do not go to this place! Horrible customer service. Don’t know what they are doing and treat people horrible on their first visit. Got my parents an anniversary gift for a couples spa and they just left them in the sauna never came back and got them. Never explained the process. And they never got their massages. I want my money back and would never recommend this place. Ridiculous smh.
I went for the first time today, recommended by a colleague. The masseuse used the right amount of pressure and did check in to make sure it want too hard. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The area is spotless. Very relaxing music (white noise). try it for yourself.
