EXTREMELY happy with Maurice and the team at Freedom Heating & Cooling. Maurice showed up at the end of his workday to troubleshoot a dead A/C unit during a heat wave on 4th of July weekend. He gave me the bad news about my old system and answered all my questions, then stayed up til 10pm sending me quotes on various replacement options. His quotes were reasonable and fair. He sourced a unit within my budget and rearranged his schedule to install it as soon as was humanly possible. I strongly recommend Freedom Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Woodbridge area. They are now my go-to heating and cooling guys.
I called one evening expecting to get voicemail but Maurice picked right up! He fit us into his busy schedule and quickly identified the problem. The solution was quick and easy. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will call Freedom Heating and Cooling for anything we need now!
I recently had Maurice install a mini split unit on my sunroom. I waited a few weeks to make sure everything is operating smoothly before I posted this review so it would be accurate.
With that being said I have to say that it was a great experience and I am very happy I went with Freedom heating & cooling services for this job. Maurice was always quick to respond and answer all of my questions even though I ask plenty of them. The install went smoothly and looks like a very detailed oriented professional job and the mini split is working perfectly.
