I've owed a review for this place for a while. All of the coaches bring a lot of energy and positivity. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere to absolutely crush your health and fitness goals, this is the perfect place ? On a more personal note, two years ago I was in a motorcycle crash and messed up my leg pretty bad. In coming into this gym, the coaches have helped me regain strength and mobility back. I'm able to do weighted lunges, jumping squats, etc. Considering their holistic approach of quick 30 min workouts and a truly in-depth approach to both diet and supplementation, all you need to bring to the door is a desire to change your life. FBBC is a solid fitness club. Offering HIIT and one on one's and other accommodations. I would definitely come back because of the supporting cast. I enjoyed coaching and working out with the team.

Mariko is possibly one of the best trainers I have ever come across in my life. Her professionalism combined with her caring and individual attention for her clients is unparalleled in any other place I have come across. I also really like how Fit Body emphasizes making sure we are safe and performing the exercises correctly.I can't recommend Fit Body enough. I strongly suggest everyone go to Fit Body for any guidance needed in health and fitness. Wishing you guys all the best! Thank you for everything you continue to do for me each day!
