I called ahead to ask about pricing and was told it would be $35, but the total ended up being $41. I didn’t work with Fatu directly, but one of her staff members did my hair. I came in for a particular style, but when she started the initial braid, I wasn’t happy with how it looked and decided to switch to a braid down style instead.

When I stopped to look over the style before the switch, Fatu asked what was wrong, which I appreciated. However, it felt like my concern was more of an inconvenience. First time at this shop and it was a great experience! The owner got us in the next day, and Rose braided both mine and my daughter’s hair perfectly. My daughter didn’t cry at all, she said it didn’t even hurt!
Rose was gentle, professional, and made us feel comfortable. The styles came out super cute, and the shop had a real family vibe. Great service, great prices, they’ve got a loyal client in me!
