Ive been a member of Crossfit 234 for about 14 months and I feel wonderful. My PRs have been increasing each time we max out. The programming and coaching are great and most of all the environment is very welcoming. Im glad I joined after a year of hiatus from Crossfit.
Great atmosphere, coaches are amazing and take time with newbies like me. Highly recommend this CF box to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming and quality coaching and programming.
