They worked very hard with the roto rooter and camera and Jason told me he thought that the line had settled near the main and broke. They dug from the driveway to the break in the line, hand digging some of it. They worked very hard and stayed very late until they made the repair. They came back the next day which was Saturday to ensure the line was clear with the roto rooter and camera again. They replaced some of the temporary repairs with permanent and back filled, leveled and seeded with straw. They did a great job and we were very happy that they stayed with it until it was fixed. I also like the fact they give a flat rate estimate up front and stick with it which I think is evidence that they know their business and have the experience. I was a first time customer but I will call on them for all my plumbing needs. They also gave a two year warranty on their work. Casey the owner came out a few times to bring them tools and check on progress. He is a very pleasant gentleman. They went above and beyond to make my front yard look as if they had never been there. Casey told me that if the trench settled to call them and they would add more top soil. YOU CANNOT ASK FOR MORE SERVICE THAN THAT!”
